This manuscript is channeled through the consciousness of Mother God - the Divine Mother of All. She brings her enlightnened message of soul consciousness transformation. This channeled work “ Birth of a New Creation” is a story of the soul, the collective soul of Creation. The story maps the journey of soul’s emergence from the beginnings of its creation to the present time, when a massive shift in energy is called forth. Essentially what is occurring at this time is a reformulation of the soul origin, a reworking and rebirth of soul and star energy. In its totality this is leading towards a rebirth within the God Goddess Consciousness and a rebirth of Creation itself. This work discusses what this means on a universal and collective level as well as discussing what it means for each of the individual souls of this earth.
All souls have a star origin and of course a divine origin, but mankind needs to be awakened to this so that each may find their soul origin and the understanding of what existence has meant for them through the mapping of their experiences. This involves the discovery of the light that exists within, as universal and individual expansion occurs. Integral to this planetary and universal transformation is the acceptance of the feminine power and that is why this work is channeled through the merging of consciousness with the Divine Mother of all, who is the Divine Feminine aspect of God. The Goddess has come to awaken us, to help us understand our origin and the road ahead, so that we may embrace ourselves in love. Within Her energy and light is an essential part of the transformation that is occurring in the collective at this time.
She speaks to us in the first person, through the channel of this work. She also carries within Her the Divine Masculine Essence. The Divine Mother’s love is also expressed through the teachings of an ancient sect of Spiritual Masters called the Ancient Ones who also find expression through this manuscript. The Goddess / Divine Mother tells us that in order to move away from the reality of restriction and opposition of the self, we must open to Her love for us, and rekindle love for ourselves. In this we must awaken to where we have come from, where our star and soul journeys have led us so far. We must learn how to essentially reclaim all that has been lost and denied within our consciousness in order to reawaken to the New Law of Creation that is presently being formed on this planet and within the Universe itself.
The Divine Mother is our shelter and our home, She is our power to align to light frequency and transmute energies that have held us back for so long. Such energies can no longer be disregarded, they but must be changed through the frequency of love and through the embrace of our emotional being – the divine feminine within. The calling has been made and we must each answer to that call by moving within ourselves and finding our divine nature as well as opening to aspects of our own essence that have been held outside of love.
A New Creation is being formed. We must ride with the new vibratory level that is reaching us daily, rather than resist and struggle with the coming inner and outer changes. The potential for each of us is to live through love and trust, and the benevolent spark of divine union. We must discover and harness our energies and receive the outpouring of light frequencies that are moving through our soul complexes and patterns. Through this process the old vibration can be cleared and a new understanding can be given. We need to grasp how the working of our power and our sexual divine union in light can invigorate us and turn this world and creation around, so that all may emanate the light and expansion, the ecstasy that awaits us within this birthing of a new world. The sexual consciousness needs to evolve into truth. Mankind has never really understood the power contained within the sexual creative forces that are the foundation of consciousness. This work is a revolutionary teaching that outlines the mystery and truth of this sexual mystical power and how it can be used to recreate everything that is out of alignment at this time, through the divine creatorship of the God Goddess of a New Creation.

THE EXISTING CREATION
Chapter 4 - Creativity Expression
This true expression of your being is vital to your health, your spiritual health, as well as your psychological and physical well being. This expression of you is also vital to the spiritual evolution of this planet, and of course the universe of light. You see you are each a part of the one vital force that is your Mother / Father Spirit. Each growth and expansion you take, each step forward on the greater expression of your light being enables the light divine to grow and expand within you, each of you. This same effect also impacts the presence and expansion of light in your world, and the universe itself, within the greater creation of My light being. As you expand and allow yourself to be you, as you address those issues that do not or have not allowed the true expression of yourself, you are playing your part in releasing the images of miscreation and limitation in your world consciousness. You are therefore making more room for the expansion of lights within the universal creation itself. This is how important you are. You are each growing and expanding as each of you allows that growth and expansion to take place then you see you allow the whole, of which each of you are a part, to grow and expand also. You evolve both yourself and everything back to the original light, the original seed that brought this created manifestation together in the first place.
You are each My children, you are each a part of My joy and you add to My joy, and your own, as you begin to reframe your reference from retraction and denial into expression, expansion and light.
We pay special interest to your work and your own individual pathway, and your presence of light here on earth. We teach each of you to allow and accept your creative divine spark of potential within your beings, then the way is made for more light to enter this earth planet. The way is made for the New Millennium to be an experience of peace, joy and happiness for all that share your planet with you, and indeed to allow a greater expression of joy and happiness within the universe itself. To experience a new level of joy within all of the universe’s manifested layers, within the physical realm layers as well as the spiritual layers of this your creation. We take special notice of those who are awakening to realize, to recognize within themselves, their original light being purpose. You see before you made this your journey into your light body on this plane of existence you moved through the halls of creative being and potential, to discover the potential within yourselves that you would strive to express in this your lifetime. You moved through these realms of your creative being and potential and learned to discover the unexpressed potential of your being. Many of you have already awakened to the creative expression that you experienced in past lifetimes. However even as you remember this presence within you, you are guided to discover that there is still waiting an ever increasing potential for you to awaken, that you have not realized before, not even while in your spirit body. So you see you must awaken now and see and realize that there is an ever-increasing abundance of light energy and creative expression. So your primary purpose in this lifetime is to move within the void, the potential of your being, and to discover the creations waiting to take form. Many of you are already teachers and bring the call to others to awaken within themselves who and what they are within this creative vortex of energy potential. As you express and experience more and more of your creative self then the void again fills with potential and the seeds to new potentials and possibilities in your creative expression emerge again. So you see this process of awakening and self-discovery and expression is a never-ending process. This does not mean it is a laborious task that is never concluded, rather it means that you are each great teachers and miracles of light potential. Each of you are a living and growing example of the universe itself, a universe that never retreats or stagnates but is alive and growing with and through you. It grows as you grow and expands as you each allow this expansion within yourself. So this process is in a sense a great and mighty exploration into other worlds, the other worlds of your being that have been. And the other worlds of your being that are at present, seeded to take place and move from the void into the living expression of who you are.
This universe is a dance of light, as you are the dance of the creative light within yourself. As you begin to place one foot in front of the other then you see your steps and movements become more elaborate and more varied, and this is good. The more you express your dance the more the dance grows and expands and is flooded with colors of light, beauty and the expression of your heart from your light essence. This essence that walks, talks, dances and joins the great dance, the universal dance, the universal expression of each star and plane, being and spirit, that ever existed. We are all dancing together and as one dance with more abandonment and joy so you see this effects all others who are dancing the dance of light.
Your world, your existence is about to change tempo. Your world and the earthly consciousness are about to express a deeper level within themselves. You have tried the old steps and have outworn and outgrown them. Now it is time to change the tune and to begin the dance on a new level of freedom, a new level of light, a new level of perfection and growth, a new stage of evolutionary growth and experience. You may find this new dance or stage, or new era, a little strange at first because the new steps you must learn are different from what you have known. You must learn the new dance, in order to truly combine with the other forces within and around you, the spiritual forces that are here to teach you the new steps into the New World, into the Birth of this New Creation. Anticipate something that is wonderful and beautiful, anticipate the beauty of the moment of your new being and body as soon as you learn the dance of light. This is a creative dance and expression of your being, the being of who you truly are.
The old stage is outworn, the old behaviors of needing to control everything, every event and eventuality can be no more, because they stifle and restrict you. The “creative you” cannot be stifled or restricted, it must be free to change and evolve with love and dance the dance of the freedom of your heart. The old controls that exist outside of you, in life, in society and in any given country, will and must be broken down. As you, each of the children, lift the restrictions and control mechanisms within yourselves then you see the outer forms will also change. You may think this will mean anarchy, and indeed this will seem to be the case for those who only know how to live by internal and external constraints and controls. But for those of you learning to be free and to be true to your creative spirit, you will see these changes as a breath of fresh air, and the changes will not concern you, rather they will serve your greater growth and development.
The need for routine, predictability, controls and constraints comes from fear and insecurity, as well as guilt that tells you that you cannot be a spontaneous creative being, because you might be wrong or do something wrong. These fears and constraints are based on the old world view, they are the dance, the last dance you made before the revolution of your spirit took you into the new stage of the dance of light. The restraints are based on fears of lack and insecurities with regard to your survival needs, yet the dance of truth will teach you of your divine nature and you connection to all things within the light universes. You will learn that you are a part of the dance of light and that all that you need resides within the divine kingdom within your spirit and soul. Through this light all your needs will be taken care of.
What is required for you to truly live and dance your new dance, is for you to take a leap of faith, a leap of potential and leap towards all infinite possibilities for yourself. It is time to let go of the constraints and the fears by working with the light to free yourself from these things. It is time to recognize there is but one need, a need for love. Then you may dance within your true self and the light of you Mother / Father of Creation. We will talk more in later chapters of how you can free yourself from the dance of constraints, for now let us explore the potential of the new you, the new universe the new era you are moving towards.
Bringing Light into Each Moment
To live and to be free you must release the constraints that you have been feeling. When you move within the light you may at first feel these constraints more and more. This will occur because the light is showing you that which you can no longer live by, what needs movement within you in order for the expansion and the new dance to occur. To live in your freedom you must not be chained to anything or anyone outside of yourself because you are to live by the creativity of love that exist inside of you, that presence of light that is your source of everything that you need. The source of your light, your love, your needs, both physical and spiritual and of course your emotional needs, will be centered within that universal light of love. When you begin to feel this source inside of you and allow it to be a living expression of your being and life you will no longer have need of the old ways, the old methods of security. You will live by your own needs within the light and your own expression of love that will fulfill those needs. How do you connect to that resource that will set you and your life free?
You must learn to live by the light, you must allow the light to be a part of your consciousness day by day, moment by moment. This is not easy at first because you have lived closed off in your consciousness, to that inner resource that is the spiritual resource of light. You must learn to refocus, to focus in each moment and to remind yourself of your true nature, your true origin, which is light. Learn to know and remember who and what you truly are - children of My light. You must consider this and feel this not merely in your moment of spiritual reckoning, either in a formal spiritual setting or within your meditative moments, you must learn to recognize yourself in this truth within each and every moment of your life. The great dance that you must learn is a remembering, a refocusing, of who you are and what you are to become. You must reawaken in this moment and in every moment in order to remember you are a part of each other, you are a part of My light. You are a part of the universal light, the universal dance. You are part of this in each moment, not simply when you choose to remember or work with it. Your liberation and freedom from the old dance can only come when you truly strive to know and remember the truth of who you are in each moment. To live not apart from the light of your Mother and not to live occasionally with it but to live within it, to live within My heart, My body and My soul and to awaken these parts of you in Me as often and as much as you can. As soon as you start to remember more and more on a daily basis of who and what you are the sooner the old constraints that are based on fear and separation can disperse. You can reactivate the part within you that does know Me and does know yourself as a wondrous spiritual creative being. You will no longer allow the confinement of your existence and instead will live to be in the expansion of My existence.
You will live and work within the center of your creative being, you will live in the constant memory that you are part of the greater universal dance of light. Each and every moment of your waking being will know and remember where you came from and where you are returning. You will know that every part of your being impacts on the whole of existence. You will learn to live in the joy of each moment, living in the abundance of the love and truth that exist within you. You will live only to express the greater part of your creative sexual sensual being, to live the light that has been given you, to live the truth of who and what you are, and to live it in each moment. In living this essence you will be benefiting the whole of mankind and existence and this will be your service. You will heal the world by healing and freely expressing you. In allowing your complete self-expression you will be allowing your own race of humankind to live their greater truth and to live this in freedom, with mutual tolerance and love. This is what this new era will be!
This may seem impossible to you for a moment and you may well have heard these things before but within this text you will learn how this can be possible for you, how your being can see this and realize this as a reality, a reality that can exist now. You will see how this is what your whole body, your whole being, longs for and always has. It is simply that you forgot this was possible, you did not know how to make this a possibility. It is possible, it is the true reality and it is the truth and it is possible for you very soon. This work will awaken you towards this true reality, and it will be the pathway that you can walk, along with other pathways and teachings brought forth at this time, to teach you how to live the great potential within.
To Bring Forth The Light
To bring forth this light within yourselves and within this, your New Creation, you must understand what it is that you are attempting to unravel and what it is that you must free within yourself. The nature of the light, be this your inner creative light being or the light that exists within Creation, is to open to the understanding that all is creative light energy. All has its origin within the sexual nature, the sexual origin, when light fused to bring about the form of the creation that you know. This fusion existed between the Mother Spark and Father spark within Creation, just as your creations exist as a result of the masculine and feminine fusion within yourselves. It is really very simple to understand, your being, your very nature, communes with and includes both of these forces that are called Yin and Yang or masculine and feminine. They are polarities that meet in the middle, in the center, to allow light and form, essence and light to merge and to combine to bring about what needs to occur for creation and transformation to take place.
The Mother Yin emerged to bring form to the essence within the light, the Father Yang, lent his force and energy to allow this to occur. Creation could not of occurred in the absence of either of these sources of light and energy. The essence of one lay within the other and they were connected, just as this energy of light is connected within you. You need both in order to work in alignment, in order for your creations to occur, in order to allow for the expression of you. The Mother, the magnetic power, was just as enlightened and powerful as the Father light of movement and force. It is within the Mother that the metamorphosis occurs and through the Father that it comes to completion. There is much that can be said about these two forces and aspects within you and within Creation but for now it is sufficient to know that each needs to be explored, elaborated upon and allowed expression through yourself.
These forces of the light that exists within you have great power and force. They are the essence behind all things. You see they have existence within the elements, the natural world and within the universe itself. The river that runs to the receptacle, to the sea, is an example of these two forces. The river being the masculine active force, the ocean being the receptacle through which the river is received. The fire is the heat of the Mother womb and the air is the breath of the Father that feeds the flame and brings the conclusion to the birth or rebirth process itself. Not one or the other predominates; both provide exactly what is needed for creation to occur. Both are needed to give birth to the light within the universe and birth to the light within you. The problem is that all manner of value judgment, archetypes and labels have been associates with these two forces. One being regarded as superior or inferior to the other at any given time, is not truth. What We are talking about here is not gender superiority and inferiority, although that is a part of this misunderstanding. What We are referring to is the neglect of one or other of these forces within you, the children of mankind, at any given period of history. You need both forces to work and compliment each other, their most apparent expression and most obvious complement occurs through the creative sexual nature.
Your sexuality is the key that you use, its the energy that you express in order to manifest and create in the world, it is the same force that I, your Mother and Father, use in Our expression of creatorship. This sexual expressiveness includes the sexual act but it also encompasses any instance when these two forces inside of your combine to create in your world through your being. It is through the sexual divine nature and energy that your creativity is channeled, it is through self-understanding of these forces and this essence that you come to understand your own nature and your relationship to the Mother / Father Spirit essence. It is through the sexual nature that your partnerships in fact any of your relationships are formed and exist, because the original relationship is and was sexual and based in this sexual primal force. The full impact and understanding of this will be revealed to you as you move with the energy of your feelings. Understanding will also arise as you read this work and as you move with the energy of your own inner being as it processes and engages on the journey of healing that we propose.
This sexual essence that I your Mother and I your Father hold within Our being, is however formed and created in your being. It is also the essence through which the forces in the world and your universe flow. The sexual divine essence is the basis of all of Our creations both physical and non physical, therefore the seed of existence is sexual in nature. To change any structure or energy you must go to its foundation, its sexual creative divine energy. Just think of the element of water for example and all the wondrous variations that water can be used for. When that fluid substance is brought into a form - such as ice, many wonderful sculptures can be created through it. However no matter the varieties that can be created from this component, its essence continues to be water, its essence is the same. So it is within Creation. As I, your Mother, created all the forms that are within and around you in your world and within your universe, I created them and they arose from the combination of the sexual creative force within Me and your Father, within the Yin and Yang energy. No matter the variety of the forms that We created, they all arose from the sexual divine creative force and still hold this essence within them. Everything contains and is structured through this essence, this essence is divine, it is light, it is divine creative sexual light. Each creation is an example of what can be accomplished when the masculine and feminine divine sexual force combines to bring about the forms: the creations that you enjoy. Likewise everything that you are and everything that you create comes from this same basis.
You were created from this sexual divine creative force and are part of our essence that lies within you, this essence is the core of Our being and it is also your creative sexual self that leads to the creations in your world, and indeed within yourself. It is joy that is the basis of this sexual divine force, the ecstatic joy that occurs when this union unfolds. You must recognize this joy in this force in order for this true power and force to be conveyed. Of course within the joy of love is the essence of all love and sexuality - all this is sexual creative essence.
Everything that is you has this basis. Everything that arises from within you has this basis. Your talents, your gifts, you knowledge, the things you make, the things you create in your existence, in your reality and the things you aspire to, all have their nature in this basis, the basis that is the sexual divine source of light. You may wonder at these things, wondering how certain aspects of your life can be based on sexuality. This doubt arises because you do not really know what true sexuality is, it encompasses much more that your earthly mind presently conceive it to be. Sexuality is a very powerful force. It is essentially divine power and light but it has also taken other forms that you do not recognize as being divine. Think of the primal instincts within you and the animal and nature kingdoms. Think about how powerful these forces are and what creations arise from this force inside of you, the power and velocity within them. These energies are all sexual essence, even those you regard as primal have a basis in the sexual essence and that essence is also divine.
Think of the passion that is inside of you, the fire that burns through your veins. Is that not a force of power? That same power creates many things within your life and your world. It is the same passion that rides the winds sweeping the treetops. It is the same passion that the burning flames uses to consume the forest in order to bring it renewal and rebirth. It is the same passion that surfs and propels the waves of the oceans. All these things are the same, and it is the same as the rush of power that moves through your loins when you are making love. This same passion and force created the mountaintops, the oceans, and the trees and created who you are.
When you feel the winds stir you and cool you on a summer’s day, that too is the same force. When you feel the spirit move through your soul, that too is the same force that is the basis of Creation. When you aspire to your highest goals, it is the same power and glory that guides you. When you hold a baby with devotion and love it is the same power that enfolds you. It is simply a different balance of the same energy that is inside of you that was given to you to use wisely so that you might adapt to your existence So that you might grow and come to change and exist in understanding. It is the same power that guides you and that power is within Us also, your Mother / Father of Heaven. You must also realize that these same powerful energies that are within Us are within you also. When you aspire to your dreams you must unfold this creative potential within in order to accomplish them and bring such dreams into manifestation. When you seek union in Us you must use the same power and source that lies in you to meet with and to completely combine with the essence that is Us. The problem has been that you have believed that this essence is not Us, that We are set above these forces - this sexual creative force, when actually We are within this very force that you have denied yourself.
When you set something apart from Us, believing it is not Us, then you set it apart from yourself and you set up the parameters for the separation illusion. All that has denied you must come forward to teach you that it is a part of your being. It is a part of Our being and it must be given movement and expression.
Those Yin Yang energies, when combined, create a force of light that merges and creates within the universal realms and the physical realm all things. This fusion of energies is sexual but sexuality encompasses much more than you realize and I have shown you the above examples of them operating, fusing, and unifying in nature, to help you to understand this broader concept of the sexual divine essence. It is important for you to fully understand these things, this force of union that operates inside of you and inside of all things. It is a beautiful marriage of two complimenting properties of energy that when brought together lend themselves to a power, such a power that you can hardly recognize. When you think of the concept of God or Goddess you think of some sublime all-powerful force, well this is exactly what these two properties are. They are two forces of energy and consciousness that combine to allow creation to occur, which combine to allow an explosion and expansion of light to occur. This explosion occurs in and through your sexual creative being when you have sex, which combines the Mother and the Father within you. This great explosion of light occurs when the masculine or Yang supreme creative force inside of you meets the feminine supreme creative force inside of you, and they make love so to speak. In other words they combine to create more light. I am not necessarily talking here of the union between a man and a woman, what I am talking about is the union of two force that exist within everything. When they combine or fuse within everything more light is created, more life and more existence, which is an expanding existence.
This same process of fusion and interplay occurs in the studio of an artist. When the receptacle, the canvas, meets with the force of propulsion, the artists brush, what is formed? Light, creativity and expansion of that creative force occurs. The same process occurs as the artist becomes receptive to the creative essence and potential within their own feminine side and this merges with the formation of ideas in their masculine side, then through this interaction and fusion a piece of creative expression is portrayed. Do you see now how important and relative to everything this sexual creative force is? It truly encompasses all things. It is sex but it also moves beyond “sex” as it finds more varied and expanded means of expression, but like sex the same forces are in operation in everything. Isn’t that wonderful!
You may wonder where all this is taking you on your growth and spiritually enlightening journey, as you read this material. Well in order for you to grow and to find alignment within love, within the essence that is love, you must find alignment with this creative and sexual force within yourself and within your life. It is also necessary to find alignment with this source in order for you to be completely connected to Me and with your Father or Divine masculine essence. You must work to uncover all manner of denial of this sexual creative force for it to find movement to release the great disconnection between you and your creative sexual nature. The fire of this sacred essence leads to communion with the most important part of you that needs expression, but has been disallowed expression. This creative sexual part of you has learned that it is dirty, wrong, evil, used, and belongs in a disconnected aspect, in other words it belongs in a place that is separate from Us your Mother / Father Spirit. Hopefully as you read and ingest this teaching, you will realize how false such judgments are.
It is essential to allow yourselves to explore this great force inside. Yet it is also essential to explore that part that has denied this force within you. You see in order to pass through the door way into light, through the doorway to your essence and your fire, it is necessary to face the configuration of the denial within the self first. This denial self or false self-aspect has been formulated and built upon those concepts that are built on falsehood. It is important for your energy to change in order for union to occur, you must face the resistance to change, to creativity, sexuality and light. This resistance exists as a part of you and you must face this with loving expression, in order to fully understand its nature and its reasons. Then and only then as you pass through the gateway of self-denial can you really open the chasm to this creative sexual force that I have been referring to. Only then can you find your true nature, only then can you live in the creativity and love that I have referred to. Only then can you express yourself in and through your true light and My light, which is this creative sexual force. It exists inside of you and it has always been there, just as I have always been there. This force has been called many things, the universe light, the Holy Spirit, but you see it is all the same, the Divine, this creative sexual unifying force and of course you.
Listen to its stirring within you, listen to it as you may listen to the rumblings of a volcano. Listen as it stirs within you, and perhaps its stirrings are triggered as you read these words. For this essence it to be free it has to move through, push through, all of those layers of rock that would keep it contained. It has to find its way through all of the crooks and crannies of resistance. It has to move out these forces that would keep it withheld, so that it may come into the world of light, of your light. Then you will find that this esoteric force will unify with the light above and below it, within the worlds of the Mother / Father Spirit. Then you will see what you have found, then you will feel the power that you have restored to yourself and then you will be found in strength, truth and love. I bless that day and may it be soon.
Gifts Restored
As you walk the pathway of the new dawn for you and all of the children of Creation, you learn to use the potential to create the new light that is forming already on this planet. As you draw out the truth from within your heart, as you discover your true intention to heal and to exist in peace and love, you will see the gifts that have been sleeping within your soul. The one obstacle to reaching such gifts is the self-concept you may already have. If you learned to identify yourself as being untalented and lacking, as not having creativity, magnificent power, charisma and light, then it will be difficult for you to reach these aspects within yourself.
It is time to heal; it is time to release the false concepts so that you may walk with Me your Mother into the kingdom within your soul. Within that kingdom is a treasure trove of gifts that I hold for you, gifts that are deeply seated within you and that the miracle of light can bring forth for you. These gifts that you hold within your being, within the depths of your soul being, are like pearls or diamonds. The dust and shadow of many lifetimes of receiving and displaying knowledge, knowledge that is not always truth, may have covered them. However as you receive clarity, as you work through the layers of false consciousness you come to reveal to yourself the kingdom within and to reveal to yourself the magnificence of the gifts that I am speaking of. These gifts have been embedded deeply within you consciousness. The growth that occurs as you work with the miracle of light, the growth that occurs as you work through the patterns and illusions within this false consciousness, lends itself even more to the beauty and restoration of the gifts that you find. Even within the shadows are the gems of light. Through journeying through the shadows the gems of light are enhanced.
What gifts are these? You may ask. They are gifts of profound beauty; they are gifts that mirror your beauty and divinity to you. Be sure to take care of these gifts when you find them and bring them into the whole of your being and claim them and learn to recognize them within yourself. These gifts may include your own unique expression of divine light, they are enhanced by your experience of growth and existence and become personalized to you as a reflection of the soul experience that you have moved through. The soul experience, that may have at first been negative, has been enhanced as you discovered the depths, beauty and truth within those shadow connections. I wish you peace My children in your discovery. I wish you to grow with your Mother and to move towards My light. These gifts can harness My wisdom and light, and your wisdom and light. The gifts that I bring to you allow you to connect to My soul and the Father soul of light and they bring a great release of energy as you align with and though Us, through the energy of your gifts of light. The gifts are your creative power and light that you use to connect to the astral and spiritual planes and to the magic of universal power and creativity. Those gifts are your profound beauty, do not resist them rather unite with them and allow them and Me your Mother to help you in your spiritual growth and light. The gifts of inspiration and creativity, as they exist in the many forms that are seen in the world, when allowed their expression can free you and help you to free this energy that is resistance within you. As you pour forth your light through your gifts of creativity and expression, then these gifts enhance your being with more light and with My light.
This is a beautiful universe and you are each part of it and being a part of it means involvement with the light that is God / Goddess. It means expressing your light so that a growth of light can occur in you and in Me and the universe itself. You must remember to dance, to choose to dance with Me in the light of the expression of your being in the expression of your soul. I add to all things My beauty and light and you must do the same, for that is what ‘LIFE’ is truly all about. It is about the expression of your gifts, it is about the expression of that which you are and who you align to when your gifts and light reach Me in the kingdom that lies within you. With the soul restored and the gifts and expression revealed and free, then you will see My children that you are indeed a part of this Creation. I love you and I wish you peace, I wish for you to behold yourselves in perfect peace and love and know yourselves as perfect expressions of Me in your own individual soul and gifted way. All gifts, all creative expression is a blessed expression of the truth of who you are.
As you connect to Me nothing is or will ever be withheld, no gifts are denied you. You must simply reach through the false consciousness and feel Me touch you in these places that need help. To touch you in each shadow until the mystery is revealed, until the layers of falsehood are released and you are stood facing the jewels of your inner being. I love each of you My dear children, I call to you always but you must listen within to the gift of heart. Release all pain and barriers to hearing Me so you may receive the gift of My direct communication with you.
If you are hurt I will heal you. If you are struggling I will bring you release but you must allow Me into these places so My gift of joy and love may be there. I choose to honor the earth children with My presence at this time, My energy is everywhere but a greater part of My consciousness works with the earth children at this time because I know that you need My help and love so desperately. You need to connect to a Mother who will love you, who will free you in your body, in your spirit, in your soul. I will teach you all things that you need to know, I will help you to feel light through Me and in Me and in yourself. You will teach others of the growth that they must work through, you will heal others with the words that I speak through you, for you are all My teachers and channels and I want to bring you all home within Me within My light and soul. Listen to the gifts that I open within you. Open your spirit and heart to accepting them, holding them, refining them and working with them for your own greater glory and for My light and glory and for the sake of expansion of the light and gifts of love. All that you do is and will be through Me and My expression though you, for we are a part of each other. I will listen to all that you have to say, all that you need to express to bring you home into My kingdom, into My light and the restoration of the one gift that is in you. The gift is the star of existence that shines within and through you, let it shine and let the other gifts within you unfold so that you may see how very beautiful you are and how you glimmer and shine. I want you to see yourselves through My eyes of light so that you can recognize the profound beauty of who you really are.
I wish to teach you further of your creative expression through Me. First you must understand the nature of existence within the universe itself and see your reflection in those vibrations and energies. To further your exploration of your creative self, I provide for you in the following chapters the expression of the universe through your Father and Me and lend this reflection to your own souls.

SEXUAL CREATION
Chapter 11 - Sexuality - The Core
The sexual creative divine force is the beginning of all healing. The sexual essence is divine essence, it is a primal force, a core energy that not only propels life in its physical domain, but also maintains the free level and flow of life on each and every level of existence. Life has become for so many difficult in the least, filled with struggle and suffering. However as you journey into the subconscious and unconscious layers, as you travel the downward spiral to the underworld layers of your being, you there find the core. This core is the basis, the beginning of all of your existence and experiences, the layer that is the point of cause in all of life experiences. If your life is free from pain and relativity happy and you are open to receiving the full flow of life, then it is this energy that is being perpetuated inside of you. This flowing energy provides your life, your essence and your personality with the fulfillment of being. However if your essence is blocked in its flow, it is this core of essence that is undermined by guilt, suffering, and neglect, and is depressed or denied in some way. When this has occurred then surely the upper world, your outer life, will reflect only this.
The core essence, the sexual essence, is a formidable force inside of you. It propagates life as I have said but it also unites you within the God / Goddess force. Your sense of self, your sense of your essence has its basis within sexuality. If the fire of sexuality is denied as a part of your self, as a part of your being, then your creation and connection within God / Goddess light is also denied and suppressed. You see the feelings you have about yourself in regard to sexual freedom and light, in turn impacts the complete sense of self that you may have. If this sense of self, and the sexual essence underlying it, is compromised in some way either through the denial of this light or the withdrawal of this essence from your conscious body and being, then you will be compromised in your connection to the God / Goddess force of love. You see sexual essence is love essence, it is power, it is the force, it is your right of being, it is in a sense the God / Goddess force operating within you in its microcosm. It is your essence and God essence reflected in the physical realms - in the realm of substance and matter. Yet this sexual force does not belong only to the physical realm of creation, its existence lies at the core of all creation. Any degeneration in this core energy would also be the cause of all miscorrelation and negation of life and experience.
Your sexual energy is calling you home, it calls you through the patterns that have been created within its substance, even though some of those patterns may feel like negative experience. Within the negative, within the shadow, is the potential for light, growth and the miracle of being. You must pass through the walls of patterning within this essence to find and to realize that your essence, this sexual essence, is perfect essence. Each of you were created through this light, you were born of it and are recreated within it in each instance. You see what is created directly reflects this core. If this core is filled with negative material and negation of sexuality as light and love, then this will then be reflected at the other levels of life and spirituality. The core carries the blueprint, just as your genetic makeup is the blueprint for your physical being so the core essence is the blueprint of your being, your life and your ability to grow spiritually, to connect and be in union with love.
If your core is a resource denied you, by you, through the conditioning of consciousness as a whole, then these conditioned imprints will hold their patterns within the sexual essence. This patterning will bind you until you journey the spiral of evolution and personal transformation and find out where your energy is trapped, where this essence is held back.
The energy is trapped because you on some level refuse to give it life, to allow it flow. As you deny it and hence yourselves freedom, then you must see and realize that at the deepest level you are denying your sexual energy and power, for the sexual is the underlying force of creation and existence. When We speak of this We do not simply refer to physical sexuality forms that are the basis of the formation of human life, this you already know. We are speaking here in a more metaphysical sense. You see the outpourings of your life in terms of all that is created and manifested, exists as energy, energy forms that exist on the inner spiritual and consciousness level of your being. What We are teaching you here is that within this structure, this inner spiral of consciousness, is the sexual creative force. It gives life not simply through your sexual prowess, it actually gives power to life’s creation and creations in every instance. The sexual core essence is the building block to all thought and feeling, it is the building block of consciousness behind all consciousness. Since you know that your world and life reflects your consciousness then it is evident that the sexual force lies at the heart of creation, of all of your creations - the situations and experiences of your life.
Why then has the balance of your world and your very lives become so discordant? It is simply because mankind holds an incorrect view of this sexual divine force, this primal divine force. Many of you think only of this sexual force as a part of adult life, something you engage in from time to time with each other. However the emphasis here is that this force is actually engaged all the time, in all of your thinking and feeling and interacting with each other and the world. This force is aligned or should be engaged in order for your life to flow. We do not mean that all of your time is taken up with sexual thinking, feeling and acting, rather this sexual force is the energy and power behind all of your thinking and feeling and acting. The basis of this life force energy is of course sexual in content but it operates in the same sense that your self concept is behind all your actions and reactions in the world. So the sexual concept of energy is the force behind all of this at the deepest level, behind even self-concept at a deepest level. In fact sexual essence and your sexual identity and being, does form the foundation of your being at the self / personality level. How you feel about yourself as a sexual being, has a direct correlation to how your feel about yourself on every level of your being. This is simply because the sexual essence is the building block of creation, of your creation of your being, and the creation of everything that you are and everything that you do.
When We refer to sexual essence underlying all things, We are referring to it not simply as an impulse, an Id, an instinct that directs behavior. We are referring to this sexual energy as the source behind all things, the creation of life, the creation of Self, and the creation of the universe itself. It is a channel of energy that directs consciousness and that creates through consciousness at the spiritual, mental and emotional and physical levels.
This sexual force is even at the basis of the physical restructuring of the cells within your body, as the body continually regenerates and replaces itself. With the healing of the sexual level, that is the core level of primal energy, and through the release of any negation of this essence, you can allow the flow of light to increase into your being and into your body as it continually renews itself. As the sexual force is liberated then this renewal will begin to take on changing forms. The more light and consciousness and sexual energetic flow is liberated into you body as it restructures itself, the more your body can be renewed. In this case then old patterns in physical structure as well as old patterns on a mental / emotional structure can be broken down as you allow new light and the flow of essence into your cellular programming.
Your minds as well as your bodies are continually renewing themselves, each moment is an opportunity to release self-denial and hence the denial of the sexual force and bring a further flow of light essence into your being. This restructuring can occur and does occur within each moment that you allow the freer movement within your bodies, minds and hearts of this primal force.
What We refer to when We ask you to move this sexual force of core essence or when We speak to you about engaging the flow, or allowing the flow, is to consciously connect to your sexual essence and all that this means to you. You may engage with this essence in a more physically sexual way, either by yourself or with another. Or you may choose to harness this energy through your passions, through your emotional body and heart. Or you may experience this essence as a passion for life, or a passion for the surge of your creativity. You break open the pattern of your mind and begin to regard the sexual essence and force as so much more than you have previously though it to be. To engage this flow is very important indeed and most important in this process is the release any fear, guilt or denial of this force, that propagates inside of you and inside the universe itself. You have to listen to this force inside of you, to live in the flow of sexual creative divine essence is to live an ecstatic life of fulfillment and enjoyment. While there is denial of this force there will be a denial of everything else that is your life, a denial of your personality, your ability and even your divinity. This force truly does form the basis of everything.
When you feel cut off from the world, from each other and even from God / Goddess, then you can be sure that you are disconnected from this sexual force. It is the force that allows you life and it allows you to be who you are, your very being and existence. Tied into this is also the freedom of your divinity for this also arises from this primal force. You see as you deny your own essence then you deny your power and right to connect to Our essence. This is not because We disallow it, it is simply that through self-denial, self sexual denial, you experience denial of your own living spark and hence you also deny the living spark that exist within all things, which is ultimately God. You doubt your own worth and therefore doubt your worthiness to connect to Us. So you see how sexual denial can and does penetrate consciousness and leads to the denial of divinity. Denial of self in any way is denial of God / Goddess at its heart.
So if you are facing difficulty in your life, the you must ask the question “How does this relate to my sense of self? How is my sense of self being reflected in this life situation? When you have that answer you must then go deeper asking how your sense of self here was formed, where and how it was created. As you keep looking and asking you will see the underlying forces hiding beneath your sense of self, and you will find they are profoundly sexual. Remember that the sexual force has alignment to thought and feeling forms, to self-concept forms, as well as to divine forms. The sense of the self’s sexual nature is the sense of self at your core. All is reflective of this and all else is created from this. To change everything or indeed anything you must change your sense of your self at this core, your sexual core. You must seek and heal all denial and degenerative pattering within thought and feelings systems at this core, seek out the denial of your sexual self, seek out the denial of you light and creative forms. You need to feel and give this core a welcome of love, embracing it in love, and then you will see that everything else come to life. As you release the sexual forces within you, your dance of joy, your life of flow and ecstasy can begin. You will experience ecstasy not simply in a sexual physical way but through the very expression of your heart and being. Your expression is then filled with life and this allows everything to become its potential because you will no longer have denial.
The way that this sexual core essence manifests itself, and hence can transform itself differs slightly at different levels of being and existence.
Sexual Denial at Birth
What all this means for you personally is that who you truly are as a being, as a species, as a potential on a personal level has been trapped, held within sexual denial. For most this sexual divine flow was prevented from the moment of your birth, as you were captured within the spiral of your parental lovemaking. The degree of consciousness and sexual freedom that existed then drew you into this incarnation and reflected to you, your own degree of sexual denial and / or liberation. The predominate pattern was that of sexual denial. Even though you may regard your self and your parents as sexually liberated, there are deep seeds of unconscious fear over this sexual power and the creation of forces that are formed through its existence.
The pattern is so deep, it has been so immovable for such a long time through fear and lack and guilt frequencies that you barely know what it is for and what it means to have the full potential of your power and existence to be operating within you. It is important at this time for mankind to realize this potential source of power that culminates through the movement of sexual energy. In most instances you must move through to this initial spiral of your birth memory, your memory of moving into your body, of being captured by that spiral of parental sexual frequency, in order to realize the blockages here.
If full conscious sexual divine freedom was not operating at this time then the likelihood was that full movement of the life force – sexual force was not present. You see it is all about frequency and the level of light frequency operating at the time of conception that directly correlates with the amount of light consciousness you were able to incarnate with. This does not mean that this energy is lost forever, it is simply held within the void – the place of energy potential - until it can be revealed to you.
In general the whole of mankind’s conscious awareness carries little movement in terms of the flow of sexual divine creative force. We will look at the reasons for this in a moment, but it is important to realize that you have not incarnated within its full flow, and you have operated within a very limited energy ever since. It is now time to re work this energy at your core. To realize the energy present at the point of birth and from the point of conception and to realize how little you have allowed yourself. It is time to release the imprints of your parents, of your ancestry and of your self so that you can move into flow of sexual optimum energy and have this released into your power and light and life.
Degree of Light at Birth
It is the degree of light within sexual core essence, at the moment of birth, that determines the degrees of light you will hold, at least initially, in the nuclei of the cells of the body, within the thought patterns of your mind, within the feelings that you hold. The degrees of light in the core at birth are determined by your soul progression through your lifetimes, the soul evolution. This means the degree to which you have been able to open your consciousness to take in more light through sexual essence in previous life incarnations. The parents you choose who conceive your physical form reflect the degree of light that you as a soul are able to incarnate with. In that your sexual core essence magnetizes to the sexual essence of your parents so that the same pattern of light in your core will also be apparent in your parents. However the same patterns of shadow or denial and sexual guilt will also be present. You are use to believing that family behavioral and emotional patterns arise through learned behavior, actually these family patterns only reflect to you the state of you own core energy within your soul even prior to conception. It is simply that you and you parents were suited, you match on this energy level, your light and shadows within this sexual energy match. You and your parents match in terms of what needs to be learned in your sexual and spiritual evolution, what you need to learn from them and what they need to learn from you. This does not mean that their and your core energy is the same, simply that sufficient similar magnetic energy exists between you to draw your soul in as their child. This occurs because certain common elements or similar lessons need to be realized between you and that is why you are magnetized to their domain. You are sent into this life to be cleared, to deal with opening up your core energy, in this lifetime, so that you can take in more light and hence evolve.
Initial Sexual Union
The first forms this sexual essence took was an explosion of light when I your Mother / Father light were brought into Creation. Our union, our sexual union and light union, was created as two forces of nature, as two forms of matter and light were brought together and fusion occurred forming Our consciousness. We had existed before this explosion, but this existence, this union, made Us conscious of Ourselves. Before this We had existed in the void or in negative space, or you may regard us as being negative matter, the space between particles. Here We were largely unconscious of Ourselves and each other. However when this initial sexual union occurred, this explosion of light and matter brought about the consciousness you feel and sense and come to know as God. The basis of Our being, Our consciousness being, was formed through the sexual dance of light, the sexual interaction of two colors white and gold, white being the Father the gold the Mother. From within this central core of Our consciousness all other forms of light and life were formed, as has already been explained to you. However the point here is that movement occurred, this movement took place through the fusion of two forces, two force that came together to form a whole, Our whole. The basis of this fusion was sexual, when you regard all fusion of energy as being sexual in the sense that one energy takes on the energy of the other and vice verse. When this occurs this combination is so wonderful, so pleasurable and joyous that it reverberates through every particle of conscious awareness. This is true sexual divine union, union that occurs in body, in mind, in spirit, in soul. It is a true interplay of all forces. So this union, Our union, was the first union, and all else has arisen from this first union in love, in spirit. Its basis is more than a physical connection, it is a primal connection and a divine connection and a more complete connection than you can ever know or imagine it to be at this present time. This is what We mean by sexual forces having union. So it can be regarded that the sexual force is at the core of Creation, it is at the core of all Creation, whether such creations be in physical form or energy form.
Since you and everything was made in Our likeness, these same ecstatic principles apply to your formation and the formation of the things you create. Everything reflects and is reflected by its other parts. So as you change to form the consciousness that is God, so your sexual interplay of energy in your consciousness will reflect this also.
Societal Constraints
There is a great deal of fear around this sexual frequency, this is why mankind has hidden it deep inside of themselves, deeply within the void of their existence. You, each of you reading this material, are ready to join the collective of souls who feel it is time to allow this source of power to surface, to be actualized and thus to liberate yourself in this life. A great deal of opposition is present with relation to this. Resistance that appears as societal conditioning may seemingly have tried to block you and resist this expression in you as soon as it arises. This has always been the way, this is because of the prevailing conscious that exists in regards to the sexual flow of light and essence. The existing consciousness must not stop you, and you must also realize that the reasons why external limits may have prevented your expression in the past occurred because deep down inside of you there are the same denial and fear energies that lead you to conform to such external patterns.
Great forces of light energy are working with each of you at this time to enable these barricades to be passed through. This will enable you to liberate yourselves by facing the denial that is held inside of your energy field, your consciousness and the deep imprints inside that were formed through the genetic conditioning of your body through the sexual experience that brought you to this incarnation. It is time to travel to these domains within, this is a journey that takes some time, and the journey must begin with your present experience of denial of self and life and then be traced back to the start of this life and even beyond. Whenever you have fears, self doubt, and uncertainty in your present field of existence, we promise you that if you investigate it through movement of feeling you will reach back to this original imprinting at the core, the imprint that holds you in sexual fear and denial. All arises from this essential energy and the denial of the sexual nature of your being.
Regeneration of the Mind & Emotion
When the sexual essence and core is represented in thought patterns, the same kind of regeneration in thought can occur, as occurs in cellular regeneration. You have patterns of thinking, the blueprint for that pattern of thinking is linked to your essence, the core of personality. If you choose you can change your pattern of thinking and hence create quite a different life for yourself. But again the barriers and denial and guilt within the core, the essence, tells you it is not possible so you stay repeating the same patterns of thinking and hence manifesting the same patterns of dysfunction in your life. The same is true of the emotional body, the feelings, and the soul. You each carry karma - which really is a patterns of reality in your feelings body, which is so ingrained that in some cases you have carried the same patterns through may lifetimes on your soul pathways. Such patterns have kept repeating because of guilt and self denial held within the core of the emotional / soul body, the core being - sexual energy. Through guilt or even judgment of the core essence itself, the expansion of light and hence knowledge is prevented from reaching into the core and the feelings and layers around it. This light cannot then inform the core of the soul that more is possible, more light, more joy, more love, more of everything.
Physical Regeneration
You were formed from this seed of energy of light, and since this was where you were first formed then naturally it makes sense that the core that is Our basis, is the same core that is your basis. This sexual fusion of energy has its basis in love, however this has not remained so because the fusion of light became blamed for so much that is “wrong” with Creation.
To harness this core energy in your bodies you must realize that this source, this core light, is within every single cell of your body. Where there is sickness in body or indeed mind, then it is to this source that you must look for the imbalances that need to be rectified. In the same way the imbalance in heart or soul or feeling has at its cause an imbalance in this core of this fusion, this core of Creation. You can try to rectify it on the upper levels of thought and behavior, just as you may attempt to rectify imbalances in the body with external solutions. But essentially the patterns will remain the same unless the nucleus shifts its energy into accepting more light, which essentially means accepting itself. Let me explain.
As your body regenerates on a cellular level then new cells are generated to replace the decayed ones, as some are shed and new cells are rebuilt. However the message in the nucleus remains the same - to restructure cells with only X amount of light and potential. This will occur until you realize that the potential within the core (the nuclei) is to take in X multiplied by infinity. In other words there is an infinite capacity for expansion in light. In order for the core, the nuclei, to accept this infinity of light, you need to process what the blockades are to the core accepting this about itself, you have to process the patterns that act as limitations that do not believe infinite expansion is acceptable. Once light is accepted into the nuclei then the next series of cells that are formed will carry a new blueprint for restructuring the cell and hence the body and you will find your form changing, your physical structure actually changing and becoming renewed. Part of the reason why aging occurs is that the nuclei inside the cell is conditioned into the belief that the more time passes, the less light can be generated within the cell. The body then is conditioned into reproducing cells in a degenerative pattern rather than a generative pattern.
In other words if you did not believe your body had to age then it simply wouldn’t. Another reason why the body degenerates is that you are led to believe that the sexual flow of energy through your being has to diminish with age. This idea is also false, but since you hold that belief in your core then that prophecy will fulfill itself. The truth is your beauty, will, youth, being and sexual flow all can be maintained throughout your lifetime. However you do no hold this truth in your consciousness or cell programming as yet and so this has not yet been realized within the human species.
Geometric Structure
You each carry a code, a code or blueprint for your emotional being or soul, your spiritual being - or light potential or level of enlightenment. You actually carry those blueprints on other levels of your being, as we have described within your physical body. You carry this blueprint and its arising patterns that are translated within your conscious and unconscious patterns of thinking. We wish for you to each know that you are each a unique pattern. You carry this pattern, this blueprint, within your cells, your spirit light cells, your emotional intuitive cells, your thought cells. You can consider this blueprint to be a pattern, a circular pattern that We can describe to you as a Mandala. A Mandala is a geometric pattern that exist within a consciousness level as well as a physical level, that best describes your features and your level of awakening and the degree to which you can carry light. All things within this universe, within Creation, carry inside of them this same geometric pattern. As We have said it is carried within your genetic blueprint and the structure of your cells and yet it also exists on the other levels of your existence, as well as existing within all levels and aspects of Creation itself. It, this geometric pattern, that encodes the blueprint of your existence, will be found as a physical basis for DNA structuring. It will be found not only in the structure of physical form that is your human body but this same structure or circular pattern will be found within brain waves, as well as sound waves. This geometric pattern will be found within Creation, as your science measures it and continues to measure and find new structures all the time. One of the structures that will be found will be this Mandala pattern, that is essentially the God force within Creation, but that will have an individual emphasis or aspect within each of you, just as your DNA is individual to each of you. This same Mandala will be found within all things linking all levels, realms and kingdoms together. The same structure found within you, the human DNA Mandala, will coax the discovery of a similar structure that can be seen within the animal kingdom and the nature kingdom within the earth. It is simply that the building blocks of life, as you see and study them, have not been analyzed to a small enough microcosmic state as yet, for you to perceive this Mandala in the structure of the building blocks of your physical beings or the physical world. When you do make this discovery you will see all elements and components adjoined there. The basic components of physical forms will be seen combining within this geometric pattern and this same or similar pattern will be seen within all things that are forms illumined as light, within light, within matter. Although you will see this pattern, this Mandala, in physical structural components, you will also see that the same basic pattern exists in other forms. It will show itself in other patterns, for sight, vision, sound, and energy waves of consciousness. It is the basic structure of energy as well as the basic structure of matter.
Although some components of this Mandala will be essentially the same within all things that are life, then you will see that these same structures will also have different patterns inside of them. They will be individual to each soul and to each component of nature because you see you are all different as well as being all the same. When this basic structure to all life is seen and analyzed, you will then realize that nothing is separate from you, all are a part of one another. You are all a part of everything that grows and breathes around you, you are all of the same makeup, you are all of light, all components of the one voice, the one light, which is God, which is Our light and energy. But to realize this in your present consciousness you must see it to believe it and such proof will be given to those minds who can discover these microcosmic Mandala patterns in the structures of life. We see this knowledge coming to your planet in the new millenium. So when this happens it will confirm to you that this basis structure to all life. This circular Mandala pattern holds the answers to your life, on a microcosmic level. It also provides the link to all other forms of matter, all other forms of life and energy.
We distinguish here between matter and life because there are forms of life that cannot be seen in their physical structure through your physical form. Forms of life that cannot be seen by the instruments that you use to analyze most microcosmic forms that exist today on your planet. But We also wish for you to know that planes of existence that are only now being accessed by higher consciousness, do exist and also carry this same pattern, this same light, this Mandala. You are all structured around this Mandala, as is the Universe itself. This structure is very important for you to realize for it is the structure through which you build life and it is the structure through which you perform miracles of transformation. It is from this one structure that light essence enters into Creation, enters into the mind, body and the senses of man. It is through this structure that you receive light, and it is through this structure that you align to spirit and hence Our light, the light of your Mother Father Spirit.
Alignment to this structure is also very important because at its center, at the center of the Mandala circle, is sexual creative essence. You each carry an individual framework for engaging this essence within yourselves, your consciousness and your lives. It is imperative that you understand the cell structure within this pattern that is the basic building block of your body, life and consciousness and that carries and contains your sexual creative essence and quality. Whatever the individual pattern is within your creative source of everything, whatever the light pattern and blueprint within the nucleus of your consciousness, know that it gives structure to your life, your body and your consciousness. This pattern does and will determine your life, your quality of life and your level of freedom. If this core of your own individual pattern of sexual creative life force carries any negation of you, of your right to be, then the structure of your consciousness and hence your life will be effected. This structure carries the existing and the potential level of expression in your physical body as well as your light consciousness body, emotional body and mental body. You see these levels of your being are connected and the Mandala at one level carries configurations for a given degree of functioning. The blueprint for one level will be the same for other levels, it will carry the same pattern on all other levels of your being. In that the Mandala, as it reflects your present level of consciousness functioning, will carry the same level of energy patterning, the same level of functioning for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being at any given time in your evolution.
Energy Recognition
This Mandala is your calling card and it is how We recognize you and how you recognize one another. You feel the pattern of each other’s Mandala as you interact. You feel it subconsciously, but you feel it nevertheless. You call this feeling someone’s vibes, but you are actually feeling the energy pattern of their essential being, you are feeling the energy pattern of their consciousness as it is contained and reflected within their personal Mandala or calling card. You resonate or do not resonate with each other based on this pattern that you carry. This pattern can be seen and read through clairvoyant vision, it is often seen through the chakra system, the energy templates within the body. You could even draw your own Mandala, as it becomes impressed to you through your higher mind. To read the Mandala is akin to reading an astrological chart, but the Mandala is represented to you and needs to be interpreted through the colors and pattern it displays. It is very much through feeling that it is interpreted, because it is symbolic and yet so very much information is contained there, just as so much information is contained within the DNA. DNA is only one structure that contains this pattern, this Mandala of consciousness. The Mandala can be seen in patterns of DNA and can be felt as an energy pattern to those who are sensitive enough. The Mandala can be seen or read from your thought patterns, brain waves, which are also individual. This individual Mandala can be read in your aura and it can be represented as you’re higher being or spirit. It really does exist at every level, even those that are not seen or heard. This individual pattern can even be sensed through the melody of your voice and the sound you make with your voice
So you see the Mandala is a very complex pattern that exist everywhere, within all things. It exists within every aspect of this universe, within each species including beings from other planets, galaxies and spheres, as well as other being whom you are unaware of but who exist within your world. The meridian pattern within your own Mandala carries your potential for light, your potential blueprint. It also carries the messages and pattern of limitation, of a sense of lack of consciousness that you each may have, it carries your present level of functioning based on your present light energy blueprint. This is not a judgment, it is simply saying the Mandala within each of you carries your pattern and potential to shine, as well as carrying the pattern through which you must learn and heal.
The central core for both of these is the nucleus, the center, the root, the basis, which is your sexual core. This is the element within yourself that has the power to create and recreate, reform patterns of awakening, a new pattern of loving, being and existing. A new pattern of creation for yourself at every level, a new pattern that is your freedom, but this optimum pattern must be found at the core of your own individual Mandala.
Healing through the Mandala
To achieve the alignment of your own energy with spirit and with the light, is necessary for the expansion of your soul and hence your life. It is also necessary for the encompassing of well being and youthfulness within your body. You have to seek out and find this personal Mandala and its core energy that is the essential energy of life. Within this structure is the alpha and omega of your being, it lies deeply within your soul, the structure of your body and mind. A journey must be taken to reach towards it and align within it so that you may fully understand it and of course your being and your life.
The journey, in part, has already been described, when We voiced our expression of the spirals of life in the underworld journey. Here you are already approaching this core and if you go deep enough, moving within the structure of life itself, the Mandala of you existence will be revealed. The spirals as We have said carry the structure of both your conscious and unconscious conditioning, the upper spirals which refer to that which you can see and are aware of, and the unconscious elements or the downward spiral that contain the energy beneath your conscious awareness. Deeply seated within this underworld of your behavioral and emotional pattern lies the Mandala, the core of essence, such patterns are threaded through its structure. Its structure contains the blueprints of the consciousness of this your world, and since your realm is the rainbow realm containing souls of all the level of existence, then your Mandala also carries the basics elements and knowledge of those places of vibration and energy.
What else does this Mandala contain?
The Mandala carries the potential of your existence, for the formation of its geometric structure was laid down when even Our creation came forth, the formation of the Mother Father Soul of love. Within the geometric patterns lies the memory of Our form as well as the formation of your own soul structure within Us. All passed through this blue print, it holds the memory of your soul life, as well as the collective life consciousness of the souls of Creation. The knowledge within this Mandala is infinite, just as each of you are infinite, the more you seek within it the more you will learn.

Chapter 17 - The Sphere
The Sphere is an existence of energy that could be regarded as the soul of the universe. It holds much wisdom related to the growth of light and its journey, just as your own soul holds such information in relation to your journey. It holds the recordings of the energy on this planet as well as other planets and atmospheres of existence. It is the soul of the Mother Father Spirit of love and it is through this soul of the Sphere, that Spirit communicate their guidance and wisdom to your earth planet. As is the case with your own soul, which is your personal equivalent of the Sphere that we are describing
The Sphere and Your Ancestry
To come into the Sphere is to commune with the God Goddess light as you also commune with your earth soul history. There is wisdom within your earth planet history that stems far beyond the accounting of historical events. The Sphere soul, as it reflects to you your planetary historical vibration, brings forth truth that you can connect to and relate to your own soul experiences in past lifetimes on this planet as well as your original emergence on the earth plane. It holds information of the birth of the son and woman of mankind. The birth of the Father light through the son and the Mother light through the womanhood of this earth. Your souls have been weak and in need of nourishment and the nourishment they need to be given is the truth of the origins of this planet and universe and your own soul growth within this. You see you are sent to this earth to experience its layers, its essence, as well as to be triggered into remembering your own essence awakening.
This earth was a rich playground for the spheres of light, a place of interaction, a place of love at first, but also of waiting for love to arise and find an even greater expression. The potential of this plane was explored in terms of: What core energy could be given? What shadows could be brought forth in order for the soul to learn how to rekindle the light within the shadow and the darkness? The intention of this exploration relates to the fact that the Sphere, and hence the soul of the universe, is growing in love. As it completes a cycle of the expression of love, then further expansion is necessary. The expansion occurs by calling on the layer or boundary between light and shadow, asking for the boundary to extend into the Void and bring the awakening of more shadow experiences, so that further awakening to light can occur.
It can be likened to the playfulness of a child, happy and awakened within their present state of awareness and then moving out into the world in order to expand their range of consciousness and experience. Inevitably within that approach of expansion and widening of experience of him/her self, challenges will be met, even some that are difficult and uncertain so that love can be even more fully experienced.
On the soul level this expansion involves calling into the Void and into the shadow experience so that a fuller consciousness can be born.
We wish to awaken you to a time long long ago when man and womankind had experienced themselves in two polarities on this earth planet. This presented itself as two kingdoms, two races of peoples. The two races were not geographically located in any one place on your planet, although there where places that these two races predominated in a geographical sense.
One of these races has been called Lemurians, the other Atlantians. We wish for you to know that there is more to these two peoples than simply fables or myth. They depict the two steps or levels of consciousness on your earth planet at this somewhat ancient time.
The Lemurian life and conscious was a simple matter although they were not a simple people. They learned to experiment with feelings and touching the wounds of the souls of each other and of this planet’s consciousness. They worked directly with the Sphere, for as you have been told the Sphere is the soul component of everything. These Lemurians moved deeply into the planet both energetically and astrally speaking as well as by physical means. They traveled there for they sought the wonders of the soul and all that it could give. They awakening the Kundalini energy of the planet earth, which then called for movement and shifts in energy - this was one of the contributors of the energetic changes that caused the fall of another race. The Lemurians you see experimented in much the same was as the Atlantians explored and experimented with energy exchange and instigating energy shifts on the planet's surface.
The Lemurians worked with the star and astral realms and used these as energetic shifts to control movement deeply within the womb of this earth. Volcanic eruptions emerged as a result of their work. This was not wrong, it was simply the part they played in revealing the truth in the evolution of consciousness on this planet, in the expansion of the earth. The impact of their soul planetary work is still felt today, and it really was the precursor to the changes that are occurring today and will be occurring in the future. The people on the planet even at this time, that work towards planetary soul awakening, are incarnations of the Lemurian souls that we speak of. For some of them their karmic memory holds the belief that they ‘got their hands burned’ back then, that they ‘played too much with earth and soul energies that they did not understand.’ Such are the judgments that these souls are carrying about their power. The Lemurians became afraid of their abilities, afraid of their gifts and the power of awakening that they gave to the earth. These souls fear they are a cause of the pollution and ecological problems on the planet today, due to their past life actions in Lemuria. But they are not, it has only been their fear and guilt that has told them this and the beliefs that they are holding in relation to this are false.
So you see the Lemurians where rich healers, and instigators of awakening within the soul of the earth and the souls of each other. They were also responsible in calling in the energy of their ancestry to this planet from the star kingdoms. They are star beings sent to this earth to live and work with the people here to help them in their evolution.
Atlantis represented the opposite polarity race on this planet at that ancient time. They could not see or understand how working inside and deeply within the heart of the earth could help her or themselves, so their focus was on changing and shifting the energy of the earth from the surface of the planet. They played with lay lines that surfaced the planet. They did not use or draw on energy from the core because they did not think that mattered. They too linked to the star kingdom, but their connection was to those of the stars who resonated with the polarity of the Atlantian people and their philosophy. The Atlantians were brilliant, with fine minds and intellects. They were aware on a cognitive intuitive level as to what could propel creativity and creating for themselves through discipline of thought and mind and focusing this energy. They built many wonderful structures, for both commercial and artistic appreciation. They used their minds while the Lemurians used touch, essence and sensitivity. The Atlantians proposed many new inventions, even inventions the Lemurians could use to dig to the center of the earth. They exchanged techniques, devices and ideas and for a time the integration and balance of these two peoples seemed very possible.
What happened next was that as the two races explored their given energetic techniques, the energy on this planet was greatly amplified. Both races used their power and yet still did not realize what power it was they were using and how it could create and was creating vast changes and patterns of energy within themselves and within this planet. The energy the Atlantians used amplified mind and thought power. Thought power is a creative power that leads to manifestation and increased awakening to light. In fact there is great power within the very thought that you are having; awakening light within yourself, inviting light power within the self for the purpose of personal and global transformation.
The Lemurians also were busy at work uncovering the deeper mysteries of self that are hidden within the emotional body, digging deeply within the soul of mankind to find out what it contains. This story is actually literal and symbolic at the same time, so listen and it may bring to the surface something within you that you need to understand.
As the Lemurians explores such soul energy, it became difficult for a while as energy began accelerating to such an extent that it began to create energy shifts in the earth and the consciousness of those concerned. But as I have said shifts in energy bring up things that need to be seen and dealt with. It surfaces from beyond the boundary between light and shadow, it calls shadow into light so that further expansion can be achieved.
The truth of the next sequence of events was that the Lemurians believed that their actions and explorations were creating problems, the energetic shifts on earth. The Atlantians believed it was what their actions and devices that were the cause. Both parties began to fear and judge the powerful awakening that they were each having as well as the awakening the earth herself underwent. So both peoples became a little afraid of what they had discovered. However if they had continued to move with the energy they each were creating they would have passed through whatever shadows had been surfacing and would have come to a new level of expansion in peace and joy. Instead they began to project onto one another who was at fault – which race caused the dramatic energy shifts. They had to face the newly emerged shadows of their own consciousness that were the precursor to integration into light consciousness. In their fear, fear of their own power and fear of each other’s power, they began to blame and accuse one another.
A great council was called to decide what must be done. It was decided that in order to preserve the life of the present or previous level, they were all so familiar with, it was necessary to destroy the tools they had been using to navigate and create shifts in consciousness. It became clear to many of them that great waves of changes were occurring, changes they were not yet ready to accept. So instead of slowing down the frequency and pace of their respective works they decided to destroy the tools they had been using. The Atlantians decided to destroy the great arch crystal they had been using to magnify thoughts and energy and the Lemurians has decided to obscure the pathways they had made into human psyche and soul and to cover the pathways they had made into the soul of the earth.
However you cannot increase light frequencies and then simply banish them, this simply does not work, it is like growing a tree and then deciding you want it to be a seed again. Energy can be shifted and changed but cannot be reduced in size or quantity. Therefore instead of finding ways of channeling the energy they had built to other universal realms or layers, they decided to destroy the tools they had created. This was the equivalent of energy suppression, trying to hide what they had discovered and now feared. So the crystals of the Atlantians were blown up and the tools and passageways of the Lemurians were covered. Think about the impact this could have, as you regard these two peoples as two polarities of your own being. It is like developing your intellectual and mental capacities to such an extent that you are afraid of them, to use and apply information you have awareness of. In the case of the Lemurians, if you open the way to complete emotional understanding of yourself, as did the Lemurians, then decide to deny the information you have learned either the psyche becomes split, fragmented, or the source energy discovered there moves into reversal. Essentially you would be preventing your essence of light and energy to flow.
These two races chose to close down the energy, to disconnect from it by destroying the tools they had built to utilize energy in the first place. The pressure was too much and cities and peoples and a large potion of both races were destroyed. A few from both races realized what had occurred – and it was determined they would be the teachers of future generations. Unfortunately the teachers from both races still carried within themselves some preconceptions of what had occurred to their people. Such misconceptions impact you all today i.e. being afraid of your power, fear of using too much energy, fear of sharing what you know, fear of harming self or others through the application of power light and knowledge. These are all statements that are infiltrated with the fear and shame carried from that ancient time.
In truth neither race were wrong in their actions or energy workings. Both were eliciting their power within the masculine and feminine polarity of light. If they had the awareness to integrate and find a mutual solution, learn to balance the soul energy with the intellectual energy, then the destruction of that time would not have occurred. However no blame can be attributed to either race, nor can blame be placed for lack of awareness. It was simply a part of mankind’s evolution, understanding how evolvement of light energy occurs, how power can be utilized. Everything is a lesson; a valuable lesson learned within the Sphere, the soul of the universal mind.
We bring you this story at this time because once again mankind is learning about polarity, balance and integration. Learning about their own polarities and their power. The same challenges have been met, and will be met, mankind will learn to access their power once again, the soul power and mind power and learn how to integrate and harmonize the two.
Mankind will learn to use this power and will feel how to handle it and move with it and channel it without trying to close down the process of consciousness evolution and energy shifts. When mankind harmonizes and balances the masculine and feminine aspects within each individual and within the earth, then together these two races will discover how everything on this earth and beyond can be healed. Where everything can be called into new patterns of expansion, where all shadows are integrated in love and truth and that light will become the one light of the whole world. You are each at the forefront of this valuable lesson and this important step in mankind’s history.

The spiraling ascension through consciousness reveals more layers of teachings and experience as you take the courage and the time to travel this way. Once you reveal to yourself your hidden depths you are open, ready to reveal to yourself your spiritual heights also.
The road long traveled into spiritual awakening and consciousness has been personalized for each of you. You cannot know the steps until you have taken them, until you have followed the spiraling staircase of the rainbow being that is your light, the forces inside of you.
At times despair grips you, for the journey has seemed so long and so desperate and so full of fear. But as you recall and remember the existence of light that has been with you, and is with you all the way, then the way seems clearer and brighter and the ascension seems possible.
When you are captured through light, it comes to reveal to you your essential qualities within that surpass the image of your sphere of reality to teach you of our Sphere. This reveals wonders that open within you as soon as you take the steps towards the inner sanctum that is the realm of light and self love.
It is sometimes hard to surpass the layers of the “lower” spheres, hard to recognize there is so much more to your personage that what you conceive yourselves to be. At times it seems impossible to realize that there is more beyond your present reality, and the existence within that field of expansion, where the whisperings of the world are passing away, come to reveal to you your own light and exquisite nature.
The field of your dreams that is this inner sanctum exists upon the pinnacle of the rainbow stairway of light. Here you come to see and feel that love is possible and you move into the realm of the gift of love and light that moves through everything, even your very lives. This is the gift of this part of the Sphere of truth and God Goddess light. It is here to behold, to enjoy, and it is a place where you can heal all of the nightmares of yesterday and come into the sunlight of tomorrow. There is so much more possible for you if you would only look, and continue your journey through your rainbow light to the top of the stairway into the field of dreams. Here you find the inner sanctuary that will restore you and where all of your light will return to you, for you will have reclaimed it in the name of love, for the sake of love and joy.
The Universal Sphere
A New Constellation of Consciousness
A new constellation of being and existence is being born. It is the beginning of this New Creation. The new birth is of course within consciousness, it is the seed of light within you that is growing, evolving and transmuting all energy. This new formulation is being sent to this earth and to each soul’s consciousness and what is received is the new imprint and patterning of energy coming to you from the Sphere of light existence. It is opening you to new frequencies within your soul. Of course this movement of energy means that old patterns and holding patterns are being released. You may feel entrapped by them but there is no need to feel this way, for all the light and support for integrating this new energy is here for you. This is what the guides and teachers are helping you with and as much help, assistance and support, and of course love, that you need is sent to you at this time. You must believe us when we tell you that we are reworking your energy to allow in more and more of this light potential. The light potential comes from the Higher Self or Spirit Self, that has existence with us here in the Sphere. It involves the joining of all energy with light frequency and transmutation ability. The Sphere energy is sent to the part of you on earth that has to deal with that which is left behind. That which you are still holding of the old existence and energy - this can be called the soul self, emotional body, but it is also the physical self and the genetic encoding within you. All is part of the same sphere of energy holding pattern within you that is akin and likened to the old frequency patterning of this earth plane. However as integration of old frequency with new energies occurs more and more, you combine the two, and the one new frequency of energy is born.
This new pattern or star constellation is part of your soul self, transmuted through your spirit to help you wonder and remember the powers and ancient energies inside of you. Its not simply a new pattern that is being born but an awakening to all light ever held within you and found expression through you on this plane. However as the old pattern is opened up again, new frequencies of light are given birth through you. You see there are old energy that are pouring forth their light and so the existing pattern and the new energizing pattern marry within you, as the wayward energy of separation and emotional disfigurement gradually is penetrated and transmuted. Then you may see and feel the breadth of light configuration.
Through these times it may seem necessary for you to feel as if you stand alone against a great wave of frequency that is coming up for change, transmutation and healing. But within all of this is a new combination of energy that you are holding within your cellular structure and this structure is being fed all the time by the new vibration coming through. You see we can only impact and effect you and this world, as we evoke within you the frequency of change that triggers within you what must be felt, energy that feeds within you the subconscious patterns of new wave energy. Some energies that you grasp are of the old nature but you seek within this old nature and ancient existence for some of the gifts you have ignored, suppressed or simply left behind. There is great wisdom and knowledge that can be felt within this ancient inner sphere, there are also new frequencies of knowledge coming into you that breathe new life into even the ancient wisdom. It is a holding pattern that is coming to you to enable you to focus you energy and to bring it forward into an every changing world, sphere and frequency.
Of course you must trust what comes through you, trust that you can indeed benefit from the energy movement within you at this time. You will see the old order break apart not only within yourself but also within this whole world, it is the only way to allow the new frequency of energy to come through and for a new sense of existence to be born.
As the truth moves through you and as you are able to open your mind to absorb more information, that is so far unknown knowledge on your sphere, you will come to trust what comes to you. You will come to a point where you can truly be open to receive, receive from the heart of love, and receive from the outpouring of energy we bring to you. You will be more willing to accept this, more willing to absorb the inevitable, more ready to choose your light work as a result of all that you have passed through and healed.
We realize it is all very different, and new, we realize that your mind does not always have the capacity to match the frequency that is coming through, at such a point you must choose to surrender until the adjustment can be made. But you are absorbing new knowledge and information that is helping you to make those adjustments, and in your conscious mind you begin to match the frequency with what is coming through on the unconscious levels – from the Sphere. We are helping you to understand. We are helping you to deal with the resistances that you are feeling. They are fueled by fear; fear of the unknown, fear of accepting what you know is to become truth on this plane.
Just keep allowing yourself to take in more and more light and more information. Allow love and self-acceptance for all that you are and what you come to believe to be prevalent. Understand the differences that are emerging even among light workers on your planet, this is because you all have different roles and will be a patchwork of help and love, giving your benevolent light in different ways. Have acceptance for your truth as you have acceptance for the truth of another, all are reformulating patterns that in time grow towards the changes that are coming about.
The Inner Sphere of Love and Truth and how this can effect you.
We have shared with you some of the varying aspects of this Sphere, that is the energetic wavelength of consciousness that has had existence on your earth, as described to you through the ancient ancestry information carried and held in this energetic sphere of human consciousness. We have also spoken briefly of your journey through the layers of the Sphere, your own personal journey of rainbow light that you travel to as you must evolve the consciousness of your own personal sphere of consciousness. This also is a part of the greater Sphere that this chapter deals with. We also spoke of the new Constellation of Consciousness that is infiltrating your sphere of human and self consciousness as well as its impact on the collective / universal Sphere, and some of its effects, how it may be served and how it may effect you.
As we travel further into this Sphere however you come to realize and to know that just as the great ancients work with the universal spheres of consciousness, and imbue the earthly sphere with light frequency, then you too are opened and contacted by this Sphere. This occurs in your own hidden mind, thoughts and feelings and its impact can be felt both on the microcosmic level as it can be felt within the collective level at this time.
This Sphere of energy that we open you too can be found in your own mind and existence and energy wavelengths. But we wish for you to acknowledge and understanding that the alignment to this new energy level of frequency, that we bring you through the collective or universal Sphere of light frequency, is also bringing its influence to bear on a singular level. Within the singular pattern of frequency within you. In that you carry the seed of the collective / universal Sphere and its changing energy pattern within yourself, within the Inner Sphere that we will now speak of.
There is a place inside of this light Sphere that is inside of you. It is seen as a blueprint of the energy workings that reflects all that is occurring on the collective and global level. This seed - this single cell of frequency, is part of the greater body of Sphere frequency, and this seed is inside of you. It is embedded there to fuel your awakening on a whole new level and dimension of being and consciousness. This center, this seed, can be liked to an encoding within a single strand of DNA, that connects you, the individual cell or organism, to the greater body of the Universal Sphere, the greater part to which you belong.
We awaken the patterns of light frequency and energy within the Sphere, within the collective consciousness of mankind as this exist within the sphere of human enfoldment. We are at the same time awakening the pattern within you, within your cell of individual consciousness. We impart our knowledge and this new frequency to the whole, however at the same time we also impart this new level of energy to each of you individually.
As we feed the whole body of consciousness with new light and frequency, in order to build a new ‘body’ of consciousness reality, then we must also attend to each of the parts of that collective consciousness. That is we must attend to each of you individually in order for the collective consciousness of this planet to be transformed. How does this effect you and impact you – this working with your energy on an individual level?
Well some of the answers to this have been given already, in that it can create turmoil as you change your frequency and cellular and consciousness structure. It can be experienced as disturbance on the inner levels, the inner frequency. Disturbance will occur before you feel the benefits of the harmony of the light Sphere as it filters into your consciousness, body and mind and feeling levels. Yet even in this turmoil we wish for you to know that there is a microcosm of the collective light Sphere, that is already a part of you, to which your other aspects of ‘unevolved’ consciousness” are moving towards. The center of your light and essence carries the blue print, or potential energy, that is of the same frequency as the universal Sphere. It is the center of your inner universe, it is the center of the cell, and the center of the new frequency that the rest of your consciousness is opening towards, even in the midst of turmoil and change. This inner sphere of light frequency is opening up for you more and more and it is the center of your sphere that we are opening you to and assisting you in accessing.
This inner core, we will have spoken about to you in other parts of this text, but we wish to describe it to you in fuller detail here. It is something that you can harness and come to rely on and have serve you, as the changing vibrations push and pull you in differing direction. You can seek out this inner sphere and there come into alignment with the truth of who you are and all the that other dimension of your consciousness are gradually coming to realize.
You see as you open to this new constellation of consciousness within, as you open to its existence as it already operates in your consciousness sphere, you find that you have a new center upon which you can rely on. So as the old center that is full of old frequency becomes disembodied, and becomes to break away, you may transition into feeling that you have nothing left to hold onto, nothing left that seems sound and real. You may begin to feel a little unstuck. But as you go a little deeper you see that the task does not need to be a struggle to keep all the old aspects in place. Because in this attempt you are trying to piece together part of a puzzle of consciousness that really is trying to break apart. You don’t need the old parts any more, let them break free. But you see you have attachment to them, because you see them as your only crutch, you see them as only the parts of yourself that you have known and relied upon, and so you cling to them. However as soon as you realize that beneath these old parts a new inner sphere exists, then you can feel more stable. This inner domain is already in alignment with the new energy frequency. So you can see that it can be easy for you to simply let go and come into this new sphere, to move into the new frequency of light both on a personal level and the collective level of mankind.
You are seeking new forms inside of you, instead of holding onto what has been, and as you access this new form in your center then it will be easy for you to swiftly move into the new structures and forms of new frequency in your outer life and existence. It is only that through attachment that you suffer, it is only through alignment and holding onto the old energy, frequency and forms, that you experience despair. When you open up to and realize there is a blessing of light and a new sphere, a new center operating already within you, as it is already operating on the collective level, then you will see how easy it is for you to simply begin to exist. You will exist within the new sphere and energy of light and love, and this will harmonize and bring peace within you at every level.
This inner sphere acts as a catalyst in consciousness. Not only are you being impacted by the universal Sphere and the new range of light frequencies it brings to you, you are also being impacted by these same range of frequencies as they filer to you from within the inner light sphere, the sphere of your soul. So many of you may feel you are being pushed and pulled in all directions and indeed you are, but the universal Sphere and the inner sphere are harmonizing with your consciousness and your life. They are helping and sifting through the preexisting energy patterns you are holding to see what needs to be ‘thrown out’ or rather energetically transformed and transmuted into Light Sphere Consciousness.
This inner sphere is a sacred space within you that already knows what lies before you, that already holds new levels of love, peace and joy that is bubbling up inside of you, encouraging you to surrender what is not in alignment with this. The inner sphere holds the power to heal and transmute everything; it holds your own soul so gently in its hands in a loving, nurturing way. Its purpose is to heal you and love you, and the seed of Mother Father consciousness also resides within the inner sphere of your consciousness. Mother Father Spirit is the new frequency that you are opening towards.
All is light and all is love within this Sphere even though changing patterns are occurring both within it and within you. All you need to do is to connect to the new template or blueprint that already resides within you, and feel safe there. For although this is still changing, expanding and growing it does so in harmony and balance and so this is a nice place for your focus to be. It is a safe harbor for you while the rest of ‘you’ and your world and the outer existence are seemingly falling to pieces. This is only a metaphor, your self is only breaking free of old patterns that have confined and limited you. We are here to tell you that the light is within, within the inner sphere of your soul and heart. In peace you can come to this place and feel peace within it, and it will help you to integrate all that is occurring for you and all you need to rest within and reside within. It is a place of peace, a place of truth where our love resides and where your own loving for yourself exists in acceptance and light.

Everything that is changing is calling forward the self-loving that is already inside of you. It is part of our journey to love and acknowledge each other in love but we can only do this, we can only shine, as we learn to shine within ourselves for ourselves. Through my journey through the inner and outer spheres of existence and throughout the turmoil that I have survived and am still surviving, I have found a voice inside. It has called me, and calls me still, a sweet song that at first was so quiet I could hardly hear its murmuring.
The voice sang “I love you, I have always loved you and I want to love you more and love all parts that are in harmony and all parts that need to hear this song that I sing to you, a song that resides in love.”
So as I have traversed the disturbance both within and outside of me I have found a common theme, a common calling within all things, all people and all experiences I have met. Within them all is a need for a deeper searching of that one voice inside that is love, a voice that must be called forth, for myself first, that must be heard for my own sake first. I have been called to love and within the inner sphere is the source of love, the voice that has been calling me for so long and that I hear more fully now. Hopefully a day will come when its voice is all that I hear inside of me but until that day I will keep calling all parts of my existence home to its center. I will keep grieving and feeling all parts that do not as yet know that love is what I am, and your own voice telling you that love is all that you are also. I will keep releasing lovelessness inside and keep releasing circumstances that have only reflected this lovelessness to | |
