Connecting To Spirit and the True Self

The benefit of having in every day, stillness, quietude in God and Spirit, allows us to move beyond a self that we have previously identified with. To step inside the God Self more fully, frees us of limits that we have, all memories of our past functioning and dysfunction begin to dissolve.

Within this Divine Self we are free to look at ourselves in a different way, a new way, seeing ourselves free of the confinement that we have known.

In this we find that we are not limited, that this Divine Self is guiding our purpose and action in each day and in each moment. We only need give this Self the permission to work through us. To trust that there is something greater ready to come through us and express itself as us, each day.

This world and this life are full of possibilities and this becomes our reality when we learn that we do not stand alone. That God Goddess and ‘All That Is’ is channeled to us through our Divine Self. We may not know this Self fully or even at all, and yet as we trust that this Spirit is within us, as we turn to her/him for our guidance, for our reassurance and our abilities, then this true Divine Self will show up with all of the gifts, know how and abilities that we need. You will feel this spirit as you open the door inside of your own consciousness and give this spirit within, room to breathe and to express itself through you in every moment.

You are not limited to finding expression only through the human self you have learned and developed in this life time. You are free to find expression and discover the gifts and allow their expression as you tap into the God Self within and allow his/her breath to fill you. Allow the Self’s words to dance upon your lips, allow his/her soul to be one with your soul and know and trust in the power and the gifts held within you, waiting to be expressed and discovered through the very act of giving expression to your Self in each moment. Afterward you may then reflect upon the results.

There is so much power in you, give yourself permission today to accept and refine your relationship to this Spirit - this Self within you. You are much larger and greater than you think.
This day ask the Spirit of your true evolved Self to be present in everything that you do and to be one with who you are.
Give him/her permission to be one with you, overshadow you in your daily tasks and conversations, and know that there is a power greater than you moving through you all of the time, as you allow it as you give yourself the permission to receive it daily and momentarily.

Picture and imagine this true Self with you now…. How do you picture them in your mind?......... How does this Spirit, this Self appear?........... What is she/he dressed like, how does it feel to have her presence near?

Does this spirit trust him/herself, love him/herself and have faith that God is always with you?

Of course she /he does. For she/he is of the light, the eternal flame within, which knows and acknowledges that you are of the light and are one with the light all of the time.

Spend some time with this true Self, new Self, within you. Learn to listen to this spirit within you, feel his/her knowledge, feel his/her gift and know that this Self and you are in union with everything, the Universe, The God essence, all is here. Open to listen to him/her, feel him/her and the Self Spirit will guide you, this divine presence within will give you everything and most importantly help you to realize all that you already are.

Meditation is an essential way of connecting to the Divine and your true Self and changing your life.

Introduction 'The Answer Lies Within'

There exists a sanctuary of peace within, a sacred place filled with your light and the God light. Your ancestors, guides and angels wait for you here - inside of the light. They await to share with you wisdom that may guide you upon this sacred path that you call life. They seek to comfort you, heal you, feed you with love from within. For truly everything that you want and need comes from the source, the power of your own light center and the power of God that resides within you. Always the answers to the outer world exists first here in the inner world. Come seek the light within, allow your higher Self to shine and make the commitment to journeying to God within and through your creative imagination, for there the riches of heaven are waiting to be revealed.
CENTERING - BEGINNING MEDITATION
The creative center of imagination open the doorway fully to your light Self and to God. Through these guided imagery meditations you can utilize your imaginative quality and skill to open the door to receiving inspiration that is filtered to you through your third eye - imaginative images and intuitive feels and words.

Before beginning the guided meditation journeys listed on this page we suggest that you learn how to open and to center.

TO CENTER:
1. Simply take afew deep breaths and make it your intention to let go of everything that is you and your world, set it aside by imaginatively placing it at the corner of your room, or just release it to God.

2. Close your eyes and breath and imagine white light filling your meditation space, your room, your mind, your soul (feelings), body and heart. Imagine this white light moving down from above you , entering into the crown of your head and flowing down through your body and moving even further down - reaching the center of the earth beneath you.

3. You are now centered. You can then ask for the presence of God, your guides and the light to be with you on this meditative journey.

(Once our meditation is completed you will want to close down your psychic centers.)

CLOSING DOWN
1. To do this simply complete your meditation with a prayer - thanking God and your spirit guides for all that you have received.

2. Imagine a doorway closing in your mind, or curtains closing. Make the intention for your energy centers to be closed sufficiently for your energetic protection.

3. Lastly for protection surround yourself with a bubble of white light.

4. If you feel light headed or dreamy, you can also ground yourself by imagining energy being sent down your body - the base of the spine or bottom of your feet, and send the excess energy down into the earth.

WALKING WITH GOD

Meditation
Imagine a sun rising before you, in your mind’s eye. Upon the landscape you see a pathway winding towards this Source of the emerging sun.

This landscape of beautify is filled with blossoming trees, the gentle morning sun now beginning to fill the air with the sweetness of a new morning.

On this pathway you see signs pointing your way. These signs can be written signs or symbols of nature. With each sign or symbol that you see you realize these signs and directions have been sent to you, placed before you on this pathway that represents your life.

At certain times in life you have noticed them, felt guided by the signs and symbols. Perhaps they came to you as a kind word in times of need. Perhaps they were represented by a favorite pet animal or person who was warm and who comforted you. Whatever these signs may be or have been you recognize them in this place. They come to you in startling clarity, even though at that time in your life and earthly mind, you may not have noticed or recognized them.

Always, always God walks with you through these signs, symbols and objects. Always He/ She has been pointing the way, helping you, supporting you in times of difficulty and also celebrating with you in times of joy.

Walk this pathway now in your imaginative mind - be aware and notice what God has given you and the deep love that is here for you, from the Spirit world, from the God light and from those in the light who are here to care for and honor you this day…...

As you walk in this landscape of fulfillment and love you come to the present time in your life, and find yourself opening to a beautiful expansive field, garden or sanctuary within the nature realm.

Everything here is filled with light and beauty and you know you have found your right place. Here the lessons of the past come into focus; here you realize that every step that you have taken in this life has been divinely guided to bring you to this place, this place of loveliness, this sanctuary of great peace.

You look upon this sanctuary, this sacred place and know it is a place of your soul; this place represents you now, in all your truth and wondrous light.



As you walk in this garden of light and peace a mantle (headdress) is placed on your head by unseen hands. Your garments change and you are robed in garments of the most beautiful colors that reflect the sunlight shining before you.

You seem to feel different and begin to regard yourself in a different way than you have ever viewed yourself before. You see and feel and sense yourself as if you were looking through the eyes of unconditional love. Here you are held in the light and the light of heaven shines down upon you.

You are filled by the grace of God, and you take some time to sit in this place and to breathe in its grace and wonder.

Listening now you feel and hear the presence of God, who has always been within you and who has communicated to you through the signs and symbols that we have just spoken of.

Now however you inner ear opens and your intuitive doorways are receptive to hearing or feeling the words and the message that God has for you - that enters you through the still small voice within.

Take some time to contemplate this and imagine what God would have you hear about your self and your life at this time…….

The message may come in words, feeling, impressions or visual images…….

Sit and enjoy the healing and peace and energy field of this place with the divine, this sanctuary. Take in the light field here – it will restore you and bring to you great peace.
